McCall, Idaho is a picturesque resort and mountain town on the shores of Payette Lake, 95 miles north of Boise, and is a great place to live and vacation. The community is active, people recreate here, and while McCall is a small town, our residents come from many places, here because they've chosen this place to raise a family, to pursue outdoor recreation, to retire, or live part or full time for all that McCall has to offer. Payette Lake is the center of summer activity, and with golf courses, fly fishing rivers, mountain biking and hiking trails, river rafting, and all water sports, there's never enough time in summer to do all the things we want to do.  In winter we have 3 ski resorts, miles of groomed nordic trails, and an endless array of on trail and off trail snowmobiling. Fall and spring offer even more opportunities to enjoy the outdoors.  

And in town, we have a spectacular ice arena, great schools, a top level community hospital, an airport, marina, restaurants, parks on the lake, bike paths, river access, hotels and shops.
