Professional Photography: High quality photographic images will be taken of your property by a professional photographer to showcase special features, unique characteristics, and to present your property professionally in all marketing and advertising. Aerial photography included for relevant properties.

Print Marketing & Advertising Includes: Local advertising in the area’s Homes & Land Magazine and guide is significant for attracting visitors to the area, to properties for sale. Your property will be featured in a 1/2 or full page agency quality ad every issue while your property is on the market. Ad is designed to provide the best exposure possible, featuring agency quality design. This magazine is readily available in convenient locations throughout the local area, and at all real estate offices.

Brochure: Both in print and via email in PDF format, your property brochure will be emailed with a cover letter to all top agents in the area and to potential buyers and agents outside the area, to make them aware of your properties unique qualities and value. The print version will be mailed to prospects and distributed to agents, as well as copies will be made available as needed at the residence. Included with the brochure will be a detail/fact sheet, maps and any additional information pertinent to the property.
